We are pleased to present Volume 14 of the Akoka Journal of Vocational Education (AJOVED), a publication dedicated to advancing knowledge and research in the field of vocational education. This volume marks a significant milestone, as it encapsulates the diligent efforts of our editorial team to uphold the highest standards of academic rigour and integrity in the papers we publish.

Most of the papers in this edition are the fruits of the School of Vocational Education's 11th Biennial Conference, which took place in June 2024. The conference served as a vibrant forum for scholars, educators, and practitioners to exchange ideas, present innovative research, and discuss the future of vocational education. We are proud to have curated these contributions, reflecting the cutting-edge research and diverse perspectives shared during the event.

Our editorial team has worked meticulously to ensure that each paper included in this volume meets the quality standards that AJOVED is known for. From initial submission through to final publication, every manuscript underwent a rigorous peer-review process involving experts in the respective fields. This approach ensures that AJOVED's content remains authoritative, relevant, and valuable to our readership.

We sincerely thank the contributors for their hard work and the reviewers for their invaluable insights and time. We also appreciate the continued support of our readers, whose engagement inspires us to strive for excellence in every issue.

As you explore the pages of this volume, we hope you find the research presented here both informative and thought-provoking, contributing meaningfully to the ongoing discourse in vocational education.

Thank you.
